Orders: Orders become only assumed due to this General Terms of Payment and Supply assumed. (4) Further claims do not exist. .... §286 delay of the debtor (shortened original version):... (3) of the debtors of a remuneration demand is behind at the latest if he does not perform within 30 days after maturity and access of a calculation or equivalent payment installation; this counts towards a debtor, the consumer is, only if has especially been pointed out to these results in the calculation or payment installation. If the time of the access of the calculation or payment installation is unsafe, the debtor who is not a consumer is behind at the latest 30 days after maturity and receipt of the consideration....
